Number one torracat fan here. Why the lack of torracat themes... had to fix that :) This one uses art from the Temporal Forces card since it's my favorite torracat card so far! The bottom screen is the reverse holo texture that you hopefully can't see how shoddily I edited the card's text off of. The first theme I made, I wasn't planning on releasing it but as I was uploading another one decided I might as well lol
