ultimate EOIV theme
My ultimate theme for EOIV. Credit to Pieman124 for inspiration, I used his theme as a starting point. The only thing used from his theme is the top screen background image, which I had to resize because it had the wrong aspect ratio and looked squished.
I referred to several official themes for color theory, and the folders have a similar design to the official EOV themes, but with colors to match EOIV.
