Theme inspired by Mario Kart Wii's singleplayer menu
A theme inspired by the singleplayer course selection menu in Mario Kart Wii with music and a few sound effects from the game. I was getting bored of my current theme and I really liked MKW's course selection music so I made this. It's my first custom theme.
