I decided to make this because I got bored of my current theme (Dustin & Lucario) This took me forever to get the music working. Sorry if the music wasn't working for my last theme I didn't realize that there was a enable BGM in the Usagi software. That's on me.

Ch3rrySodaPop @Zach_WolfYt Isn't that kind of obvious? You need CFW for any of these to work, that's the point.

Zach_WolfYt Your 3ds/2ds needs CFW or to be homebrewed in order for this to work
