"The Great Wave off Kanagawa" is a Japanese woodblock print (ukiyo-e) printed sometime between 1829-1833 during the late Edo period. It is the first of several prints belonging to the series "Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji" by the master Hokusai. It is arguably his most famous and recognizable work, and personally my favorite painting of all time.
The BGM is from a performance by a 104-year old nagauta shamisen player, Kineya Kyokusen.
Theme is fully custom with SFX from Noh and Kabuki. Theme also features a custom moving Japanese wave pattern based on traditional seigaiha.
