A couple months ago I made some additions to my original "Celica's Turnwheel Theme," but for some reason I neglected to upload it here. Figured what better way to celebrate Fire Emblem's 30th Anniversary than to do so!
All things considering, there's only been a couple of changes, the most noticeable one being that instead of keeping Celica's portrait art for her Princess class promotion on the top screen, I opted to use Celica's official Hidari artwork. Additionally, I redid the "Celica's Army" insignia on the right portion of the screen to better match the style and color of the background. Personally I think these edits alone make it an upgrade from V1, but I'm sure everyone has their own personal preferences so use whichever version you like best! The custom background music is the same as the original, being a variation of the theme played when you open Mila's turnwheel from the world map, but some of the sound effects have been slightly improved. Because of the changes I made to those files, I was able to add one additional sound effect! Now, whenever you open the lid of the 3ds, the Mila's Turnwheel activation sound plays! This new sound effect, as well as the others, are directly sampled from the games internal files, and have been properly converted such that they play in the highest quality possible. The bottom screen (a semi-functioning Mila's Turnwheel) functions the same, although if memory serves, I think I cleaned up a bit of the rough edges.
I might make a definitive "V3" in the future if inspiration hits, but I'm pretty content with this rendition. If you happened to read this far, thank you! I'd absolutely love if you could leave a comment on your opinion of the theme, Enjoy!
[Version 1 Description for Reference]
This Custom 3ds Theme features Celica's in-game portrait art for her Princess class promotion on the top screen, and a semi-working Mila's Turnwheel on the bottom screen. In addition to the custom background music, which is a variation of the theme played when you open Mila's turnwheel from the world map, this theme also includes custom sound effects (which are directly sampled from the games internal files) for both the UI and Mila's Turnwheel when you move the bottom screen cursor towards the left and/or right.
