Panel de Pon Title Screen theme
Top is Title Screen and Bottom is Lip's Stage clear screen
This is the Panel de Pon title screen which is filled with flowers, and Lip holding Watabou. The song is also the Title Theme but this is the version in the Official Panel de Pon website. The music loop should be perfect.
This series has been reskinned outside of Japan, similar to the Puyo Puyo series so you won't know much about the original form of this Intelligent Systems Series. It also comes with sound effects from the games.
Her outfit was unlockable in the ACPL Minigame and there was an item called Lip's Stick in the Smash Bros. series. And there's a secret button code you can do in Pokemon Puzzle Challenge to access her stage.
