SMB3/SMBDX Power-Up Sky (Blue)
A theme based on the top of most levels in SMB3
This whole theme was made due to a comment found under this video https://youtu.be/RV0iMoQttw4 by @gamerestboi that says "This + Reverb + Slowed down + Quieter = The best 3DS Home Menu Theme. (I'm serious i am gonna do that)" Which then devolved into multiple people trying their shot at making a theme, until somehow i ended up being the first person to actually complete it, despite seeing the comment a year late!
